Scheduled estimates become ArcSite Projects automatically
Schedule an estimate in Housecall Pro and ArcSite creates the Project for you. Customer name, address, phone, and email carry over, and the crew you assigned in Housecall Pro is matched by email and added as Collaborators.
The job is set up and staffed before you pull into the driveway. No retyping, and nothing lost between the office and the field.
Draw, take off, and price the job on-site
ArcSite goes where you go. Pull out your phone or tablet in the driveway and draw the job to scale, right on-site.
From that one drawing you get an accurate Material Takeoff and a professional Estimate and Proposal, without a trip back to the office. Measure, draw, and quote before you leave.
Push the finished proposal back into Housecall Pro
When your drawing and Material Takeoff are ready, push them straight into Housecall Pro. ArcSite uploads the proposal PDF to the estimate and syncs your pricing over as line items.
Everything you priced in ArcSite carries across: products from your takeoff, custom items, markup, discounts, and tax, each written in as its own line item. The estimate in Housecall Pro reflects the numbers you quoted, so the pricing stays consistent from the field to the office.
Your billing, scheduling, and payments stay in Housecall Pro, with nothing rekeyed by hand.
