Keyed credit card payments are 3.3% (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX). ACH bank transfers are 1%, with a $1.99 minimum and a $15 maximum per transaction.

How fast do I get paid?

What is the difference between Payments and Invoicing in ArcSite?

Invoicing creates and sends the billing document. Payments is how your customer actually pays it, by card or ACH, online. Most contractors use both together.

Can I pass the credit card fee to my customer?

Yes. Enable the Platform Fee in Settings and ArcSite adds the 3.3% card fee as a separate line item when a customer pays by credit or debit card. It's available on every plan that uses ArcSite Payments. Check your state and local rules on passing processing fees to customers.
