Is ArcSite free?

ArcSite offers a 14-day trial period. You will not be charged until after the trial period. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No, You can either purchase ArcSite on a recurring monthly payment or with a single annual payment.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can move up or down subscription tiers. If you decide to downgrade, you can do so at the end of your current subscription period. This is either monthly or yearly based on your current subscription.

What are the differences between the plans?

Is my company data safe with ArcSite?

Yes, ArcSite protects your data through Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 256-bit end-to-end encryption.

What platforms is ArcSite available for?

Currently, ArcSite is available under all plans for Apple iPads, and iPhones, and new M1 MacBooks. ArcSite is available for Windows in the Basic plan, with additional functionality coming soon. We are also working on an Android version now.

What if my team is old-school and doesn't like new technology?

ArcSite is designed to be easy-to-use, with relatively little training. After just an hour or two using the app, your team will be up and running like the pros they are.

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you've purchased ArcSite via the Apple App Store, you can follow the following steps on your iOS device:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage. Don't see the subscription that you're looking for?
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
